The Majenta customer portal is the single platform for Majenta Subscription+ customers to manage their Majenta Autodesk Account.

Log, track and search through your support issues in our easy-to-use interface, access our library of On Demand tutorial videos as well as host of technical resources.

The Customer Portal supports two user profiles: Portal Administrator User and Portal User. The Portal Administrator will have access to view all support cases logged under their company credentials, whereas a Portal User is only able to view their specific cases.
